Rich began his career with Choice HR in 2012, gaining broad, hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business. He quickly became one of the company’s top producers and played a meaningful role in supporting sales strategy, client growth, and long-term retention. His contributions helped shape the company’s culture and supported its continued growth and success.

Following the acquisition of Choice HR by Fourth/HotSchedules, a global SaaS company, in 2018, Rich remained with the organization until 2024, continuing to serve his clients and drive revenue within Fourth’s PEO division.

Rich now joins Adapt HR as President, where he focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting operational growth, and helping guide the company’s strategic direction as it scales. Throughout his career, he has developed deep knowledge of the PEO industry and is known by clients and peers for his dedication, professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity. Rich holds a degree in finance from the University of South Florida. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, golfing, and enjoying the Florida outdoors. He leads with a client-first mindset and a strong commitment to his team, customers, and community.
