With more than 20 years of experience in operational leadership, May brings deep expertise in multi-state payroll, HRIS technology, system implementations, and process improvement to Adapt HR. May has played a key role in building and scaling several PEOs, helping transform early-stage operations into efficient, technology-enabled, customer-focused enterprises.

May is a Certified Payroll Professional, an active member of PayrollOrg, and a graduate of Florida Atlantic University. Outside of work, May enjoys exploring Florida’s beaches, springs, and theme parks, as well as spending time with her husband, two daughters, and many rescued pets.
